Ricoh Card Reader on Aspire 4720z

I have been desperately trying to figure out how to make inbuild card reader on Aspire 4720z working with Zenwalk 6.0, just to make sure I amn't looking back to LinuxMint.

After few hours reading newbs' thread on Zenwalk forum, the solution is pretty simple (also ugly in certain ways): probing some modules which aren't loaded defaultly. They are: tifm(s) and mmc(s).

I suppose

# modprobe mmc_core
# modprobe mmc_block
// ricoh_mmc loaded defaultly

is enough to go. But better safe than sorry, so also load these:

#modrobe tifm_sd
#modrobe tifm_core
#modrobe tifm_7xx1

First Post

Though this blog has existed for years, it's my first (real) blog post. I just want to do:

"First'd!!"
"Pertamax, Gan!!"
(like everyone else does)
-- and I'm not sure how this will be.
